These terms govern use of Soremina and purchases made through this store. Soremina is operated by QISHENG ASIA COMMERCE LIMITED.
Website use
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with the site's operation or security, submit fraudulent details, or infringe another person's rights. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement.
Products and orders
Check the product, specifications, final amount and currency at checkout. Product availability, descriptions and advertised prices may change. A price change does not automatically alter an order already placed. Some product images are illustrations. Screen settings may affect colors, and styling accessories are excluded unless the listing says otherwise. Your rights concerning faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods still apply.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not dispatch. If an availability or pricing error affects your order, we will explain the options. We will not substitute goods or charge more without your agreement. Where required, payments for items we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
Delivery and returns
Standard shipping is free to supported destinations, with no minimum order. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch, separate from order processing. See the Shipping Policy for tracking, delays and import charges.
We accept eligible voluntary returns within 30 days after delivery. Customers normally cover direct change-of-mind return postage. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect items where required. See Returns & Refunds for full instructions and refund timing.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, cancellation or withdrawal rights, remedies or liability protections under applicable law. Any revision posted here applies going forward and does not remove rights already acquired under an existing order.
