Shipping Policy

This policy covers delivery of purchases from Soremina.

Shipping charges and destinations

Standard shipping is free for every order to a destination supported at checkout. There is no minimum order value. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see if we can ship to it. Any optional paid service is shown before you pay. Free standard shipping does not cover import duties or taxes that may apply.

Processing and dispatch

We begin processing after payment is confirmed. Processing time varies with stock and order contents and is separate from carrier transit. If we show a dispatch estimate for your order, that estimate applies. Contact us before ordering if you need a dispatch estimate that is not shown.

Delivery estimate

Standard transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Carrier schedules, customs and local conditions may affect delivery. An order-specific delivery commitment takes precedence.

Tracking and delivery details

We send tracking after dispatch when it is available. Separate parcels may arrive on different days. Check your delivery and contact details before ordering. If they need correcting, contact us promptly with your order number. We will explain any additional charge for a requested address change or redelivery before you agree to it.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If we cannot dispatch within the agreed timeframe, we will explain the options, including consenting to a revised timeframe or cancelling and receiving a refund for affected unshipped items. Where required, we will obtain your consent to a delay. Contact us if a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Import charges

Import charges depend on your destination and the terms shown for your order. Contact us before ordering if the treatment of duties or taxes is unclear.
